How big are your self storage units?

Our units are 125 square foot each which should provide sufficient storage for the contents of an average 2-3 bedroom house or around 350 boxes - read more.

What about insurance?

How much is the unit rent?

What is the minimum term for a unit rental?

The minimum rental term is one month up to as long as you like, if you require long-term storage. Rent is payable monthly.

When are you open? When do I have access to my storage unit?

For enquiries, Bicester Self Storage is open Monday to Friday from 07.30am to 5.00pm and on Saturday from 08.00am until 12.00 noon. If you have a unit, access hours are Monday to Friday 7.30am to 5pm; Saturday 8am to 5pm and Sundays 10am to 4pm.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept cash or debit/credit card payments. We also accept payment by bank transfer or standing order for longer term lets.

How far ahead can I make a reservation?

We try to give you the flexibility to book a reservation up to 14 days in advance to help you plan ahead.

Are the storage units secure?

Yes. Our units are fully secure and monitored by CCTV.

Are there any restrictions on what can be stored?

Yes, you cannot store explosives, perishable goods, illegal or stolen items.

How much notice do I need to give when I move out?

We require that you give us 10 days' notice when you decide to vacate your storage unit.

Can I buy boxes and other packing and moving supplies at your storage locations?
